COVID-19 PROCEDURES

We will continue to monitor the recommendations from the CDC and state guidelines during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are committed to this evolving process, so that your experience with us is an enjoyable one. This is ReWax and UnWine's Commitment to clean and to you. Everything we do, we do for the safety of our guests and our team. We want you to have confidence in your experience and focus on making memories with your family and friends. Our family and associates take pride in the role we are playing to ensure the wellness of those we serve. Thank you for making that possible.

 

THINGS WILL LOOK DIFFERENT DURING YOUR TIME WITH US. 

 

Please take a moment to read this IMPORTANT INFORMATION on the CHANGES WE HAVE MADE. Below you will learn how our wellness initiatives impact your candle making experience and guests responsibilities to ensure everyone stays healthy. We’re all in this together, let’s have some fun!

 

  • If you are feeling sick, think you've recently been exposed to COVID-19, includes large gatherings or traveling, please stay home. We are happy to reschedule your experience, within 6 months of your original event date. When you arrive, please spray your hands at the hand sanitizer station. Face coverings are strongly recommended throughout your experience and in your session we will share tips and tricks of smelling the candles/fragrance oils while staying protected.

  • Please be mindful of all physical distancing requirements. Please sit at separate sides of the table away from other guests.  You are allowed to sit with your friends and family at the same table, just be mindful of social distancing from other unknown guests. Social distancing should continue throughout the event at the fragrance station and while walking around.

  • Our team might look a bit different – a bit more protected. But we are still so excited to serve you. We will have masks, but with our same ReWax & UnWine flair. We’re ensuring that even though masks are a barrier to transmission, they are not a barrier between us and you. 

​

  • Your check-in will be contactless. As always, everyone needs to sign a consent waiver form. We will give you access to a QR code so you can sign from your phone. If you don't have access to QR code technology on your phone please let us know, you can sign with gloves on the i-pad.

  • Your designated area in our studios will be prepared by our team and they have been trained to properly clean high touch point surface areas. We are committed to your safety and no one is allowed in the event space between sessions due to extensive cleaning. All touch points in the studio are sanitized by EPA registered hospital grade disinfectant including tables, doorknobs, light switches, counter tops, handles, retail area, workshop supplies, wax melters, chairs, tables, fragrance oils, candles, etc. This will ensure everyone has a clean, safe experience. ​

  • We are eliminating the use of aprons during workshops. Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty (however our process is not messy). We are not responsible if anything is spilled on your clothing.

  • If you need something, ASK! We are happy to see you back pouring candles having a good time! Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to serve you, your friends and your family. We are beyond excited to serve you in a world where all we have to worry about is making memories. While we have taken every precaution we can think of, limitations remain as to how we can safely operate. We thank you in advance for understanding we have kept physical distancing and safety best practices in mind at all times.
